I'm excited to offer the first (hopefully of many) Water Portrait workshop. I'll be giving up all the details from beginning to end, including building a tank, setting it up, preparing and shooting, and finally, editing and post-processing to create gorgeous fine art images your clients will adore.
Saturday, May 16th from 1:00 - 6:30 PM.
Location in S. Austin (Address will be sent when registration is complete.)
I'll have some drinks and light snacks to keep us fueled, but please bring your favorite water bottle. You'll need your camera, of course and at least one card if you want to save your images from our shoot.
I'll email you any handouts or info sheets, so you can save them, and so we can save paper. Bring something to write on if you want to take additional notes.
We will assist one another during our shoots, so you will likely be standing in the water tank at some point, so keep that in mind when you are deciding what to wear. The water is typically about 6-8 inches deep. I'll have towels.
A more detailed schedule for the day will be provided before the 16th.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is require to reserve your spot. Class will be limited to four students. If it looks like rain on the 16th, I'll make a call as to whether or not to postpone at that time. If you are unable to attend the make-up date, I will try to get a spot for you in a future class if there is space.
There is a chance I will offer a second class in June, so if May doesn't work for you, let me know if June does.
Hmm. What else?
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to email, text, DM, send me a letter...
